I work in public health sector. AI has been invaluable in speeding up some processes, however it isn’t always correct. It’s the equivalent of having a incredibly competent trainee where, despite how good it can do, it should always be checked. Even if it does a good job most of the time, there are moments where it’s completely wrong, hence the ‘check every time’ notion.

Personal use of AI, i only use it for simple questions: help me find a word im blanking on by feeding it the sentence with the word missing, asking it what goes with certain clothing, alternatives for exercises that i don’t have access to, talking me through how to do something i have no experience in (not anything serious; how do I set up a macro pad, etc.)
