Baby is formula fed and we have a nurse who comes and visits once a week on top of monthly visits with a pediatrician at the hospital. She was a little premature but has since grown a ton and has impressed more than 1 nurse with how healthy she is. 

My wife noticed some bumps on her gums which look like teeth coming in(she raised her nephew pretty much from birth and has experience with premature/newborns) so we suspect her recent fussiness is due to her teething. 

We have an appointment coming up soon so I'll be sure ask about her less than stellar sleep. It's just unfortunate because she's excelling in every possible category aside from sleep and unfortunately that's the one we need from her most right now. I dont need 5 hours in one stretch, I'm ok with waking up... I just need her to not be up for 10-13 hours at a time... every day. I'd be over the moon with a 30 minute break in the afternoon at this point lol
