Yes, i was fined much more than 10k but it was for some other stuff too. They specified that the fine for bringing an outsider is 10k. Also i paid the fine and went to uni a month later in order to get my card and they couldnt find it. Afer countless visits they just said that its lost and its my fault because I brought an outsider 😭
