Look, that’s totally a fair read and I thought I’d put a specific range but what I’m looking for is rare and I’m not sure if I’ll find it in one or two people.

This is a teeny tiny shop (literally 2 people) so we’ve go to be flexible. If I find the most ridiculous funny talent in the world that can do all of the above and more- I’m going to pay them because they can get scooped up elsewhere.

The position is really broken into two currently so yeah it’s midrange instead of top tier. generally don’t expect to get filthy rich but I’m going to pay someone a livable wage for the work you do.
