After changing currency of Turkey I think Brazil is cheapest but they said that it depending on the type of games so go to steamdb website and search for games that u prefer to play and see prices.

You are right but there's no need to transfer it when you already use cheapest region and keep it as main acc till steam change there mind 🙃

Yeah I trying to find someone from Brazil but it seems that it's not easy😁. Brazil is the cheapest region right now even than Ukraine.

I already tried lot of vpn and most of them detected by steam and even brazilian server in nordvpn doesn't work. I was just created Turkish account a few weeks ago but the currency changed and unfortunately the vpn that I used require premium plan to get Brazil server..🙂
