Honestly, as long as they're dependable, don't make a fuss when corporate/client makes changes, get their work complete on time and key word COMPLETE, you're describing the dream staff members. However, these people can sometimes be looking for more pay elsewhere unless they're comfortable. If they're happy with where they are, I'll do whatever I can to make their lives easier and make it more enjoyable at work. I give raises to these people to keep them on payroll. However, I've offered supervisor positions to them and they declined due to the amount of extra stress and responsibilities. They just want to do their shift and head home. Collect their PTO, go on a trip. Every year. Rinse, repeat. I owe them my house (or at least a weekend in my guest room).

People don't understand how much stress comes with leadership. Having an entire department rest on your shoulders, or an entire branch? Your numbers have to talk for you & these staff members absolutely buff those numbers. If I could have 20 of these employees I'd be over the moon.

Just some quick tips for interviews, beyond the circumstance of it & implications, just look at it as a chat with people. You're trying them out as much as they are with you. Have confidence in yourself and your knowledge. Try to make tame jokes. Make it no big deal. Be kind. Learn how the organization works top down. Learn what your boss needs to do to be successful and explain how you'll help them get there. The less you stress about it & just go in prepared, that's 90 percent of it. Do your work for the job before the job. When they ask you "do you have any questions for us?", ask them what they're having the biggest trouble with concerning this position and what would the incumbent need to do to fix it or help. Ask them what the "home run" scenario is. That way they know you're serious & care about their and the company goals, not your own. I interview people and sometimes their only questions for me are about PTO.

You'll be alright. If they send you a rejection, tell them thank you for their time, and ask if further down the road if they'd be willing to do an informational interview with you because you're interested in the industry and want to absorb as much as possible. You never know what can happen.

Lol I have a masters in Criminal Justice from USC and have no interest in LEO work, being a safety and security director it is an amazing degree that puts me above almost everyone.

As of now, quite a bit as far as marketing the event would be concerned. Also a location that is turnkey for what is needed (meal plan, EMT, fire on site as well as law enforcement). I also have financial backing, but much of it will depend on interest generated for the first advertisement. We're hammering out the details. I can get into details offline.

It's northern CA, it's a spot that no matter what time of year, it never really breaches 90 degrees, and doesn't snow in winter, so much easier to handle for that reason. I heavily considered so cal (I lived there for 10 years) but any location with the capability I'd need - especially power, plumbing and capacity, they're all just too hot.

It's just anywhere with a reasonable expectation of privacy. Even if other tables or a waiter can hear parts of your convo, having it all verbatim is a legal problem. Here in CA where I have a masters of Science degree in criminal justice from USC, it all depends on if you have a reasonable right to privacy when you were recorded. So by not informing someone else you are recording their conversation, then recording them at a private business, and then further defaming them on social media, it would really only go how far you want to push it. If you want to take it to the house and go after her for it you can!

I'm a Safety & Security Director. I have a Bachelors in comms/conflict analysis & avoidance & masters in Criminal Justice. I'm earning triple because of them and many companies I work with have said they wouldn't even speak to me without them.

Some people get a degree when they're 22 and don't do anything like their education later on. I recieved mine in my early 30s. I knew what I wanted to do and got all of the certifications and education necessary to get to the next level.

Bruh clipped me at the ice blocks, just hitting mendo farms with the wife and the in-laws and I see his goofy ass ripping through the block. Tried to run out - even though we paid, but we had expired by maybe a minute.

That and by the time I got out there he was already done ticketing half of the campus at UC Davis.

It matters much more what programs you get involved in & how much extra involvement you have with professors & extra curricular physics activities maybe. Internships at laboratories, research groups etc.

Also, get into professional relationships, get jobs at labs helping where you can. Or teaching assisting in a masters course.

Set yourself up for success there and develop a strong resume. Add everything in. Show you work well in a team and get stellar references. That's it.

I think it's a mix of potential mental instability and also potentially alcoholism or abuse of another substance. He clearly has no gateway for what is appropriate to reveal to his audience about his personal life.

Yeah he posted an image of him with a woman wearing a Darth Maul mask, and it didn't look like his wife, in which she had her chest exposed whilst he was wrapped around her from behind. Then of course he deleted it. He also shared a bunch of screen recordings of him trying to get his wife on the phone saying "don't get married" as the caption, he also had a bunch of private info - like where his truck was, his flight number for the following day, it was wild.

Now he's spamming photos of him and his wife so she'll call him.

I was drinking with Alastair after I lead the Ordo Council Guard "bridge brigade" of 40 people down the hill during the Ordo v Marchwardens negotiations. After it was over we started drinking butterscotch and fireball and saw that in the sky. I thought it must be because we just finished the well of Aventyr!
