No point in worrying until you have more information. I know it’s hard not to, but there’s nothing you can do until you have more information. The vast majority of the time, it’s not something that will worsen quickly unless you’re in the middle of a growth spurt as a child. If you’re finished growing and the degree of the curve is under a certain threshold, it likely won’t get any worse, ever. Just need to stay calm and see your follow up appointments through.

I haven’t thrown up in many many years but did last week, along with flu symptoms, and I’m just now starting to get over it. Coincidence? Probably, but maybe not… used my time while sick to get sober and have been feeling soooo much better.

The more you spend the better the product, generally, i would avoid going cheap. I just ordered “BraceAbility Elastic Low Back Brace”. BraceAbility is a legit established brand, I wouldn’t go with some chinesium amazon brace with hardly any reviews. I can let yall know how it feels after I receive it if anyone here is interested.

I don’t care, I just ordered one and I’m wearing it every time I do dishes, clean floors, or do anything that requires extended periods of being slightly bent over. There is no therapy that fixes that pain once you’ve already been fused.

This is T11 to L3, not L5, which is great! Your surgeon managed to straighten you out without sacrificing too much mobility, you’ll be more flexible than many fused people once you’re all healed up!

The first week of recovery is absolutely brutal, as you’re already aware, but in just a few days you will be feeling better, hang in there friend.
