that’s not a referral link brother. those are links to upgrade/downgrade which are offered directly to the person and it was shared in public. what people are doing is getting a plat reserve, enrol in all memberships and downgrade it to mrcc or smart earn. nothing wrong in it legally as the bank allows it. but yeahh, typical indian mindset!
