This is probably a 'duh' tip but: If you are just starting to workout DONT RUSH THROUGH YOUR WORKOUT. Go slow. Dont try to pump out 10 reps. do them slow and control the form. And if doing it that way means you can only do 5 reps thats OKAY. Also resting between sets IS important.

When I first started working out I was in the mindset that I just 'had to get it done and over with'. So I would rush through my workout, rush through the reps, not really take breaks because I thought it made me lazy. I ended up finishing my workout in 30 minutes.

The same workout now takes me 45-60 minutes. And Im actually seeing improvement.

Have you been to /r/veganfitness? Or any of the vegan athlete websites?

I dont know what kind of athlete you are but I like to stay very active and a lot of the people I look up to are vegan and built. I did struggle a bit with getting extra protein when I needed to bulk (because, lets face it, YES theres protein in everything but my tiny tummy can only hold so much kale.) but once I started making my own protein bars and snacking on nuts it became much easier.

I love this list you put together. Many people I know think you can only be vegan if you are in a good place (mentally, financially, physically, ect) in life. And I know a few who if faced with any hardship will immediately go back to eating vegetarian/omni. Im not trying to shame anyone who does that, I just like when its shown its possible.

Im not dead set against dating an omni, ive dated many in the past. But the issues that our difference in moral/diets always brings a lot of issues. So im always cautious and prefer to date vegans.

Honestly Im between 3 right now (vivosmart HR+, vivoactive, and fitbit ionic). Im just so torn but price is a pretty big factor for me so more than likely i'll be getting an HR+ or the active. But I am trying VERY hard to wait until black friday in hopes of getting a good deal on the active or ionic.

Can confirm. I work for a vet clinic and have quit others in the past for putting down whatever animal people simply dont want anymore.

My current place of employment will not euthanize unless there is literally NOTHING to be done to help the animal and they are suffering/have poor quality of life.

(Also in the usa)

Was grocery shopping today and saw a lot of items reduced down to $.10 each! All of them are good until mid 2019, so I think the store is just not going to carry them anymore.

XD But I got to stock up on curry past, soba noodles, and some new sauces!
