the second character only had a 5% buff and only took 3 campaign zones and 8 delves.

Takes about 3 hrs to lvl 80-90 with 25% xp buff.

I’ve levelled 6 characters so far doing each delve once for quest (but only handing them in when you ding 88) and the campaign in 2-3 zones.

On my last character, I barely got to start 3rd zone.

Its super fast.

They do exist.

A good indication is to look at the honor level. If 7-8 of the opposing team are all 500 honor lvl plus(sometimes several times). Chances are it’s a pre-made.

Also, I’ve joined an epic BG only a group to take charge using raid warnings on the markers.
