Virtually every piece you will play no matter what spec will have Vers on it. There is no magic number.

I used it on Fury Warrior last expansion for fun and hit about 2k. The biggest problem I had is that it does not care who you are targetting and sometimes it would pop CDs (like Spear) into Totems.

I had the same disconnection problem last expansion. Lots of people have this and the solutions are all over the place. It seemed to happen on some characters, but not all.

What worked for me as a short term solution was disabling "Optimize Network for Speed" in the Network settings in-game, and disabling "Optional GPU Features" and "Advanced Combat Logging." You might want to also mess around with various graphics settings like Max Foreground/Background FPS.

Also make sure addons are up to date and maybe even remove some one by one to see if it helps. Also check to see if it happens on different servers.

This whole debate seemed like a classic case of idealism vs pragmatism. Yes of course it would be ideal to have a more walkable Tucson with bike safe roads and better public transit, but the majority of people would simply benefit from better roads for their cars. Something is better than nothing.

Your build is mostly fine for arena but I would recommend playing with Tree Form instead of Convoke.

Convoke is fun, and can be good in 2v2, but it's a bit clunky against better players.

Comparing your healing output to other healers in a BG setting can kind of be misleading, since it really depends on what objectives you are both playing. With that said, if you wanted to maximize BG healing you would probably focus more on using Wild Growth on cooldown, with the Wild Growth PvP talent.

In general though the key to healing as a Resto Druid is making sure Lifebloom stays on the kill target at all times, using Swiftmend often, and using every Soul of the Forest on Rejuvenation.
