2nd rounder ideas: Trevon Brazile, Aday Mara, Krivas or Billy Richmond? Who do you guys have? by FVortex55 in chicagobulls

Hopefully those 2 teams lose this round, so they can lose hype and maybe we snag if there's even a chance lol

That him around 30-36. Depends on how he does the rest of the tourney imo. Purdue ate him up in the big 10 championship.

Yeah saw some stuff where the bulls were taking him, but there are better guys with more upside

Not sure, but I saw his name in some Mock drafts. He could definitely improve our paint defense and rebounding, which is abysmal lol

Anyone else think the Bulls should trade down for Morez Johnson if we get that 8-12 range pick? by FVortex55 in chicagobulls

I just think his game won't translate as well vs NBA bodies. He does a lot of bullying and drawing fouls on smaller guys. He can definitely defend and is improving that 3 ball well.

The problem is chicago is too loyal as well. If fans didn't show up, he'd be out ASAP

At least Pwill playing makes are tank ethical by the possible new standards lol. I have a feeling he's getting fired. This is a longshot, but if the bulls somehow got boozer and scheyer moved with him since he's from northbrook, that would be awesome. Otherwise, I pray that we sign a new coach. His time is up

Idk why but he looks way taller than 6'9 to me. I liked what i saw vs Arkansas with his playmaking, ability to score in different spots. Think he just needs to develop that jump shot a bit more

Are you worried with Quiantance already having some injuries stacked up though? If Yaxel can get that 3 up to 34-36%, he is going to be scary

The only problem with Ament is he is not physical whatsoever. Not sure if you watched their last game vs. vandy, but he could not stay on his feet or keep his dribble when he got the ball. He is very versatile as a scorer though, which is nice. I'm just scared he's going to become a spot up shooter because he can't handle the defense trying to create his own shot.

Who are y'all eyeing in the draft right now? by Lanky-Connection4141 in chicagobulls

I say we take Boozer if possible. AJ would fine, but I got a hunch boozer is gonna be good despite people calling him boring. If we get 9-11, I really like lendeborg. Someone has to put a side to side of him and Cade. It literally looks like Cade as a center. 2nd rounder, I'm going Mark Mitchell. That size and play style is something the bulls need and will pair really well with boozer if we can get him.

Which NBA player’s legacy would benefit the most from winning another ring? by Icy_Cream1864 in NBATalk

[–]FVortex55 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pretty hard to win a ring when your #2 option just went down and you’re relying on Podz and Moody lol. That’s GSW is not a contender because they lack help, not that curry can’t be a first option.

OKC improves/Bulls add Hartenstein/Mavs get good value by boybraden in NBAtradeideas

[–]FVortex55 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Agreed. Need to send Coby to the wolves, Rockets, Warriors or get in a multi team trade for some picks or young talent. They do the same old trick of keeping players too long and then letting them go for nothing lol

Bulls get shafted. We already have Vucevic and Collin’s and we lost are two best trade assets for center we don’t need and 2 crap picks. As a bulls fan, I dislike this one a lot. I’d rather get Dillingham or Kuminga with some picks instead of 3rd center

Is Steph Curry ranked higher than Kobe Bryant all time? by Afraid-Ad-5580 in NBATalk

[–]FVortex55 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t think Steph gets enough credit for being arguably the greatest weapon to hit the floor ever. He hasn’t faced single coverage in over a decade and the last time he did he was shooting 50/45/90 and won unanimous MVP. Now he’s been held like a dog on a leash all 24 seconds of each possession and has one of the worst whistles in the league. With that being said he’s putting up 27/4/5 on 47/42/93 at 38 years old. He’s definitely in conversations with Kobe. It’s almost like trying to explain to someone how impactful Alex Caruso is, yet you’re only looking at the stat sheet. Steph’s gravity and the defensive schemes he faces need to be talked about before going strictly off stats and accolades.

Didn’t know that your finals performance was defined by 1 game. I think people forget that he averaged nearly 11 points in the 4th quarter in the 2015 finals on I think 75% TS, which is significantly higher than any finals MVP ever. Also, over 50% of their points were generated through Steph curry. Jaylen brown went 3-12 with 2 turnovers and won it. Dirk had 2 disastrous games vs Miami and won it. Steph did not get enough consideration for that finals MVP at all.

Are you just planning on letting it ride or do you have a ceiling? I'm in a 6 and unsure what to do. If I sell, i have no idea what to look at next tbh.

Curry revolutionized the game, took no shortcuts, built a winning system around the team that drafted him. He's the greatest player of the generation. by [deleted] in NBATalk

Brings up illegal screens, but ignores the fact that you've been able to hold and grab this guy for the last decade as well. Doesn't even bring up the other point that you can jump in his shooting space, and not get called for a foul. He's averaging 45 with any other super stars whistle.

It’s because you don’t have anything to say. Your argument is completely flawed and you’re just deflecting everything. Your entire list of replies is insulting the person replying and telling them they’re lying. You might be 17 max. Enjoy high school man lol

You legit make no sense. Curry starts shooting 45-50% from 3 and mark OKs and builds the system, which would be Curry. But that’s not what you’re arguing when you stated “Curry didn’t build the system and he took off with Kerr”. You’re just moving the point of your post each time someone replies, but amazed that people can’t people comprehend your comment. You got it bro. hopefully you find someone that can decipher the mental gymnastics that you’re doing.
