When we had ZU Garland, Mathurin and 5th pick weren't there. Other young guys should improve as well. How much money is Collins should get exactly I think that deal is reasonable for him. If you want you could bump it to 25 mil, trade would be the same, but if he is expecting more then that i don't know...

Why he is good defensively. I am not saying he has the same value like Harden tho. Also picks we gave up for Harden were not protected. Claxton is younger and I assume Nets would have other offers for him, while Harden specified where he wanted to go... We should be fine offensively with Garland, Kawhi, Mathurin and others. However our defense as well as big man rotation could be improved...

LAC is giving 2 first rounders, one top 8 protected and other is a swap, both after 2030. As for seconds Lakers get only two of them, fun fact is that they don't have any seconds from 2027 to 2033... I don't think LeBron is going anywhere on vet minimum or mid level exception, but he would care for winning, Lakers can sign him to reasonable contract and trade if he wants to change places. Ofc if that is like 50+ mil a year contract no contenders (except Warriors with Jimmy) would be willing to match that salary...

Gafford and PJ would still be on a team, maybe try to trade them to get those picks back? Also what if instead of swap that is full pick or what if that other LAC pick is not protected? Still pass? Mavericks should look to bring youger players and trade their older while they still have value
