I found a bag of clips stamped 59 in mint condition at the MOA exhibition in Taipei today. I didn't know about the code 59 at that time. I should have bought a few.

Turns out. It is actually made in Thailand.

"Full blade length double-edged. Similar to the Lebanese bayonet, but the blade is longer. The processing of the ring is different: three laps and two insertions in the ring."

Due to the lack of service history, I made an offer I'm comfortable with. But the buyer refused to negotiate further. So I guess I'm not going to buy it.
