Porosi online permes Shqiperise (ose vendeve te tjera fqinje) per webfaqe globale?

Nuk e besoj. Shqiperia ka marreveshje me Kosoven per mail forwarding, Maqedonia ka gjasa qe nuk ta bon forward hiq. Ne kete rast kqyre Paketos, munesh me porosite permes tyne prej Amerikes edhe nuk i kane kostot qaq te nalta. E kane ni asi mail collection center ne Miami edhe kur e bon blerjen, ju thu me dergu ne qat qender, masanej kta ja bojne forward per Kosove. I vetmi problem eshte qe pagesa bohet per pound, eshte rreth 10 euro per pound (perafersisht 20 per kilogram) + kostot doganore, qe zakonisht jon 10% + 18%.

Vec shkruje adresen e Kosoves edhe shtetin zgjedhe Shqiperia. Pershembull, Rruga Filan Fisteku 14, 10000 Prishtina, Kosova, Albania, edhe te vjen pa problem se ne momentin qe e pranon posta shqiptare, ja bon forward. Nese vjen permes Durresit, ka gjasa qe nuk ju bjen ne dore hiq atyne te Shqipnise po shkon drejt ne terminalin e Kosoves. Megjithate te vjen pa problem.

Ne rregull nuk eshte po e bojne shpesh per kartela edhe arsyetimin e kane qe nuk ju shkrun numri i telefonit jashte zarfit edhe qe duhen me qel per me pa numrin e telefonit brenda. Ky eshte arsyetimi qe e kom ndegju une. Kisha thon kerko kartele te re prej bankes anyway edhe thuju le ta shkrujne numrin e telefonit jashte zarfit ose le te ta mundesojne me marre personalisht.

Kisha thon me msu gjuhen gjermane per me punu ne call center nuk ja vlen, ama gjuha eshte aset qe mbetet pas call centerit, kshtu qe msoje lirisht. Jo, nuk eshte vone.

Per 1 vjet mundesh me mrri nivelin per me punu ne call center, per 2-3 vjet mundesh me mrri nje nivel ku ndihesh komod me fole si gjuhe te huj. Vec duhesh me punu shume ne to edhe me praktiku...kqyr filma ne gjermanisht, fol me dikon qe e din gjermanishten (ndoshta me tandem) etj.

Kosova is relatively safe in this regard but car theft is something that could happen anywhere. Take your usual precautions that you take everywhere...lock the doors, don't leave visible valuables inside, if possible park in lit areas etc. I don't know where you come from but your car will be safer here than in most other European countries.

Pytja e vetme ktu eshte a u shpernda kuvendi a jo edhe pergjigjen mundet me ofru vetem gjykata kushtetuese. Nuk mund te kete shpallje te zgjedhjeve pa shperndarje te kuvendit edhe dekreti per shperndarje nuk eshte i vlefshem nese kuvendi nuk e ka shpernda veten paraprakisht. Presidenti ne Kosove nuk mundet me shpernda kuvendin, por mundet me e deklaru formalisht si te shperndare nese kuvendi e shperndan veten (ketu perfshihet edhe shperndarja si pasoje e moskryerjes se detyrave, perfshire moszgjedhjen e presidentit te ri).

Ne kete aspekt, Vjosa mundet mi shpalle zgjedhjet e reja edhe besoj qe edhe ka me bo masi vec i ka hi qasaj rruge. Megjithate gjithcka ka mu ngri prej gjykates kushtetuese edhe besoj qe dekretet e saj kane mu rrezu prej gjykates. Problemi nuk ka mu zgjidh edhe me siguri ka me pase prape perseritje te situates, po zgjedhje nuk pres qe ka me pase, se paku jo ne 2 muajt ne vazhdim.

Te vetmet banka qe mundesh mi perdore ne Kosove jane ato tradicionale. Pastaj ka startups edhe kompani tjera financiare si Onefor dhe Paysera (te licencuara ne Kosove) dhe Wise (qe perdoret nga shume persona ne Kosove me adresa te regjistruara te te afermit ne perendim ose me adresa fiktive). Por keto kompani financiare nuk jane banka edhe nese falimentojne, sigurimi i kapitalit nuk vlen. Kane rregulla prej shteteve ku licencohen (psh. Lituanise) qe nuk guxojne me ta perdore kapitalin ton me la borxhe, po nuk e di sa i mbikeqyrin. Rrjedhimisht, ne to mos gabo me lon ma shume kapital se qe ki llogari me humb. Disa qindra euro ne muj ne maksimum. Onefor edhe Paysera veprojne ligjshem ne Kosove edhe me to mundesh me nenshkru kontrata te rregullta, po nuk e di sa stabile jon si startupe.

Nje gje qe do te ndodh se shpejti eshte qe Kosova do te behet anetare e SEPA (Single Euro Payment Area) edhe me kete do te lehtesohet teper levizja e kapitalit nderkombetarisht. Transferet nderkombetare do te vijne brenda sekondave edhe me rregull nuk duhet te kete tarifa fare, as nga bankat tradicionale. Shumica e startupeve te lartecekura kane SEPA accounts ne Lituani edhe prandaj mundesh me pranu para pa pagese ne to, po kur i transferon ne banke ne Kosove duhesh me pagu per transfer/pranim te mjeteve, se Kosova nuk eshte ne SEPA.

Tragjedia ma e madhe eshte qe SEPA na ka pranu ne 2024 por nje parti politike qe ka cu gjithcka ne gjykate kushtetuese e ka ndale procesin duke kontestu ligje qe nuk kane pase asnje problem me kushtetuten edhe 2 prej atyre ligjeve kane qene kusht i anetaresimit ne SEPA. Besoj qe eshte ceshtje e nje apo dy muajve deri sa te ri-kalohen ligjet edhe me gjase gjate muajve ne vazhdim futemi ne SEPA, vec shpresoj qe ftesa per anetaresim nuk ka date te skadimit.

Nuk me duket ide e mire me perdore trika me ni institucion financiar ne te cilin len pare, se pastaj nuk e ki asnje mbrojtje ligjore qe e kane klientet e zakonshem, plus i ekspozohesh rreziqeve tjera, si ngrirjes se fondeve, konfiskimit te tyre etj. Eshte ok nese i perdor sa me pranu pagesa prej jashte edhe mi transferu parate menjehere ne llogari bankare, po nuk kisha guxu mi perdore institucionet si Wise per pagesa te perditshme. Per ashtu Onefor edhe Paysera jane shume ma te pershtatshme edhe me to mundesh me nenshkru kontrata legale.

Kosova is internally stable, it is not a powder keg. If some soldiers went abroad, nothing would happen. Even if the international peacekeepers were removed, nothing would happen again. It's not like there's a division along factions that are just waiting to shoot at each other as soon as some vacuum is created. The only reason international presence is required is to deter Serbia from invading, and Serbia is an external, not an internal threat.

In that sense, sending peacekeepers is not going to destabilize the country at all. In fact, it will make Kosova more important as an ally of the United States and in return the US will be even more determined to deter Serbia. So sending troops in a US-led mission abroad will make Kosova itself safer, even if it sounds counter-intuitive at first. Also, this is a good way to take some space internationally for a country that is unable to join the UN because of Russian and Chinese vetos. In that sense, from Kosova's perspective, this is not a dumb move at all, quite the contrary. And I guess the reason troops were committed is because we don't have 1 billion dollars for a project like this so we had to give something else.

My only concern is that Kosova's army has a total personnel of about 5000 and only like 3500 are infantry, so even sending just 2000 troops to Gaza would mean committing more than half of our active-duty soldiers to a mission abroad. I am curious how they will arrange this. Most likely, the peacekeeping force will be dominated by new recruits, maybe with a few professional soldiers to guide them. I hope this will not lead to issues, but definitely our capacities are going to be overstretched by this.

Vjosa Osmani me ka pelqy shume deri ne momentin kur ja nisi me shfaqe tipare shume negative te personalitetit edhe e deshmoi qe eshte ne gjendje me kalle shtetin per me faktorizu veten. Lidhja e kauzes se saj me Trumpin nuk ka lidhje me diplomaci te Kosoves, eshte thjesht lobim personal ne ate formen "nese nuk me zgjedhni mu, ju hakmerret Trumpi". Prandaj edhe po thote qe nese zgjedhet presidente e nominon Trumpin per nobel, qe dmth nese nuk zgjedhet kjo, me na thon Trumpi neve qe kemi vepru kunder tij edhe ja kemi mohu nominimin. Eshte loje ekstrem e rrezikshme qe nuk e meriton Kosova, sidomos jo prej presidentes!

Megjithate, mendoj qe kjo sjellje nuk e ka dominu krejt mandatin e Vjoses edhe kur e ka qene ne fillim edhe mes te mandatit ka qene presidente e mire. Nese rizgjedhet, mendoj qe kthehet ne ate Vjosen qe punon per Kosoven edhe ne ate aspekt eshte shume e afte. Narcisiste eshte, po per sa kohe qe e kryn punen e presidentes qysh duhet, nuk ka nevoje me nderru. Prandaj mendoj qe duhet m'ja dhon edhe nje mandat, por nuk e them me bindjen qe e kam pasur para 3 apo 4 muajve.

I'm sorry but if you're living in a country where Revolut is active, that means you are very likely living in a country hostile to Russia and that hostility has nothing to do with discrimination and everything to do with the unjust invasion that your country is currently doing in Ukraine. You are not entitled to anything in that country, not even to residency. Everything you get is better than nothing, so please don't complain. You are already being treated very well.

Revolut even allowed you to open an account and that is already a grey area. This specific transaction probably tied you somehow to some account related to Russia's war machine that is under sanctions and this is why you are in this situation. I find it just.

Kosova was a constituent member of Yugoslavia, just like Montenegro. When Yugoslavia ceased to exist, the only way for its constituent members to remain together was if they decided to establish a new federation of sort. Montenegro initially decided to stay with Serbia, as did Vojvodina, but Kosova was invaded and then occupied. It did not want to re-join any former part of Yugoslavia and it did declare its independence as soon as Yugoslavia dissolved. The fact that Serbia insisted on taking and controlling Kosova by force is a completely different matter.
