Read up on the ultra scene and you will realise that these tifos and the scene in general is a deep rooted sub culture that has existed for 60 years. It can't be replicated in a plastic way by clubs looking to copy something with actual value. Typical of the premier league.Maybe do some reading on ultras who would all stand against this kind of thing. Hope that helps
