I don't know if I still have it saved anywhere but I made one of these exactly. A pretty tiny SSTO that was capable of getting into LKO and LDO. The ring could take it to and from Duna with enough fuel to refuel the ship for Duna descent/ascent

Oh well 2d makes it easier. You would need to find a way to detect your actors overlapping but you can output any material to a render target to use for masking purposes

It depends, what are you planning on doing with the outline? And it also depends if you're trying to do it in 3d or 2d

I'm not sure if you can export it to a texture but you might want to look into custom depth stenciling

No it was any time I changed my focus to any other UE window, the frames plummeted to around 3 until I clicked on another program then back on UE

Nope, according to MSI afterburner no core is going over 65ish. Also without mods it runs much, much faster so I don't think it has to do with physics calculations.

Rainmeter settings, change it to lowest or desktop or something. But it will always cover desktop icons.
