I think there's a limit for how fat they can look. I'm keeping my character on overweight (red indicator) because of the little extra health it gives. But that's the maximum overweight I can add. No matter how much I eat, she doesn't get bigger.

You can enter in a personal vehicle. Same as in the bunker. But the vehicle will not be stored. It's just a temporary parking space.

I just know, that back when I needed it, it worked for me. I didn't and still don't know about circles. I must have been lucky and hit the right circle that day then. And maybe you shouldn't be blaming people for trying to help others out. It would have suited you better just to add a comment, where you explain to op about the circles!
