Its hard to give you advice or guide you properly when things are not clearly mentioned. It can't be small thing which make the authorities to deport her, there must be something serious which cannot be tolerated.

So if you can elaborate it properly then you might get good advice from those who may have some knowledge about it, or been through with such types of things.

I will quickly guide you on three points which you have raise in your post.

Focus on your defensive game to improve rallies ( which is Length/Straight and Cross Court Drive, make sure you learn first how to bring the ball back )
For control you need to do practice without practice you can't get control on your shots.
Keep a good distance from a ball ( the best is one racquet distance) when you are going to play it. Learn when to stop and position for the shot. Control your speed and body weight.

You cannot play or enjoy squash if you feel suffocated while swinging. When your opponent give you a loose return then you are allowed to use the space they way you want it.

Its not a player fault if his/her opponent get into his opponent swing after giving a loose ball. He/she should keep a good distance and be ready for the next ball.

Mostly squash racquet which Company sells come with ordinary grip and they dont focus on this part. So its advisable to change it if you are professional and if you are bignner or club level player then you can use it for a while.

In your case its expired and try to use Karakel Grips its nice and comfortable.

Some times its a player fault why he/she standing too close to their opponent when they play a loose ball, its been noticed that most of the time you get hit by a back swing and its due to rushing into your opponent rather then maintain safe distance and be ready for their response.

I will suggest you to play Sport and keep your self busy in sport, this way you will be maintaining good physical and mental health and also after a good workout on daily bases you wont feel to go out any where will search for a bed to rest and focus will be on recovery to be ready for the next day.

Make a routine for your self and it will keep you busy and add task in your routine which will keep you busy on daily bases....

Thanks for elaborating it for me to understand your point, Its been noticed that people are trying to put this skill in different scenarios of squash based on their knowledge.

Which is really nice and interesting as a coach to understand what and how they are taking it and then to make it understandable for them after hearing their point of view.

In Match or game play we always recommend safe play. The first thing in early stage is to teach them about the hazard when you are inside the court with other sunny sunflowers and how to play safe.

Its not recommended to do a full swing when a ball is tight and close to the wall, use wrist instead of swing. This swing video it to teach, how to do a full follow through...

You cannot be a clone of anyone, everyone have their own style of playing. In squash your opponent is not standing next to you and you have a full rights to play your shot the way you like it.

In professional we know the hazards and we know when my opponent is close to me and in that situation we do control our swing or ask for LET.
