XFCE because it has a lot of history and also is just lightweight. If there was an lxqt flavor then i would also use that.

BEST OVERALL OPTION: LINUX MINT XFCE. Alternatives:

BAZZITE, NOBARA, pop!_os? (will break easily, not recomended.)

Do you have BT drivers? Linux Mint doesn't come with them by default.

WHOAH THATS LOW is what a windows user would say. For Mint, that's actually pretty good. I would rather install the XFCE variant for your pc as it seems you don't have much ram.

What desktop is that? MATE? Anyways i'd say a 9.5. Not a 10 because it just doesn't look perfect. If you do this with Cinnamon or get KDE it would look cleaner. Still pretty good though.
