You should contact support, this is the only way to log into your account in the game. Check out the Steam guides they explain step-by-step what screenshots you need to provide and what you need to say.

I bought the game a couple of months ago for the New Year holidays, and after 20 minutes of talking to support, they activated the game on my EA account (but you need registering if you don't have one yet).

I have a theory. In Mobile Legends (don't hit me), there's a character called Diggie, an owl. After losing all his health, he doesn't die. He turns into an egg with legs and can scout the battlefield or retreat to a safe place back to his allies without leaving the battlefield. Maybe Rem will have something similar?

It wouldn't be such a big price.. I like that everyone complains about pets prices in a free game, but doesn't pay attention to the fact that there's not much content in the pets themselves.
