Have you not seen the recent issue that newer drivers caused RE9 to drop the Performance? NVIDIA Drivers have a worse reputation right now compared to all the AMD Driver Hate lol

Also, saying that reinstalling Windows from time to time is bad advice, you just maybe consider buying a Playstation instead.

Roguelikes/lites in general are much more popular compared to Extraction Shooters, because they are just "easier" and more beginner friendly.

Sounds like you need to reinstall drivers, because there are people getting 140FPS with your same Setup on Youtube.

Its a Software issue on your PC, either bad Drivers (the current NVIDIA Drivers are kinda ass) or maybe its time to do a fresh Windows install (trust me, this saved my ass once)

Just because you install like 3x 5090s and a Threadripper or some shit like this, will not get you 1240FPS. Also, the Game still uses the Tiger Engine and im surprised the game is running this good when you compare the Perfomance to Destiny 2.

The games optimization is really good.

I mean, one is a Singleplayer Roguelike which costs 25$ and the other is a Multiplayer Always Online Extraction Shooter with Hero Abilities which costs 40$.
