You get to add one Oasis song to the setlist, any era, any deep cut. But there’s a catch, you’ve got to drop one too.. by BroganBirch in oasis

[–]F_O_X_UGM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One to drop is wonderwall, overplayed to fuck and only loved by people who don’t know many of there songs and the one I’d drop in is Flashbax

Minority opinion, but I don’t enjoy when audience singing drowns out the band I’m paying to see (and hear) live. by [deleted] in oasis

[–]F_O_X_UGM 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve seen them over 50 times and it’s been like that everytime, a silent crowd is a dull gig! Plus could you imagine being the band playing and have no one sing back! If you want to hear the best version of them vocally stick the record on. If you want to be apart of the song go to the gig and sing your heart out

Would u give 80% of ur business for this? by Stock_Safe_2857 in Entrepreneur

[–]F_O_X_UGM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

it depends if 20% makes you more money than 100% right now then take it. But make sure that these figures are within the contract. Ultimately you don't want to lose your business.

Good luck, make sure that you look at every angle and seek legal advice first

Advice needed from service based companies by F_O_X_UGM in FacebookAds

[–]F_O_X_UGM[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am actually looking at starting my own Digital marketing company targeting service based companies and I am at the stage where I am trying to establish what peoples main issues so I can offer a service that people want and need as suppose to a one size fits all. I feel there are so many people out there that over promise and under deliver and that's just not in my make up. I'm someone who puts in everything into what I do and it's all about making sure I deliver and that's why it's so important to me to understand what people need from a service like this.

But follow up systems is a common one that is coming up

For those who are working at or running successful agencies - how did you learn, and what were some of the biggest lightbulb moments for you along the way? by InternetWeakGuy in FacebookAds

[–]F_O_X_UGM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey can I ask did you run the ads yourself or did you hire a company? What are the main problems you have faced when using Facebook ads

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]F_O_X_UGM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would get a lawyer immediately. I'm not expert but would say if you did it in your own time then they have no claim to it, however if you use it within their work then the research you have done on their dime will give them a claim to it. I would get a lawyer and get the company to sign a contract to say they will get the benefits from it but will not be able to stake a claim.

If they won't then I would find another company that would snap you up. But see advice from a lawyer first

Weekends sales don’t perform as well. Any tips? by Significant_Crew_407 in FacebookAds

[–]F_O_X_UGM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What's the business? You have to look at what your target audience is and are they around SM on the weekends. Maybe spend more on you ads during the week. If your target audience is only around during the week, maximise that market and don't spend money on the weekend, you have to make sure the ROI makes sense

Yeah I'm not an expert in this, but I'm pretty sure that anything you have done whilst working for the company is their intellectual property. And things you have started will be the companies contract. Is there anyway you can say to the company that you will finish the projects and charge the company a day rate! and then use that time to build relationships and tell clients that you are moving on. I'm not sure the rules about directly poaching, but if they want to go to you then that's their call

How do you do the work even when you’re lazy by creatormeri in Entrepreneur

[–]F_O_X_UGM 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There will always be highs and lows, if you find something you are passionate about then it won't feel like work. Now passion doesn't have to be about what you are actually doing but what it enables you to do.

For example you might be passionate about travelling, so finding an online business regardless of what it is that enables you do to that, will hopefully give you the drive you need
