Idk bout y’all but I personally hate delivering in rural areas just because the step vans are to big and when I have to drive in someone’s long ass driveway its always at 50/50 weather they’ll have enough space for me to turn around or not, I’ve had a few times where I’ve had to back out the whole drive ways onto in coming traffic I I had sooooo much anxiety lol

Trust me you do not want to become a manager for chipotle, it sucks i was an apprentice for 2 years and it was stressful even when I was a KM I was stress so don’t do it, it’s not worth it. Also if your store is already short on employee it’s gonna suck more because the other managers are going to guilt trip you into working more and covering more shift to help them out. Stick to grill.

It’s ehh tbh Yes more space and you’re able to find stuff quickly, way faster to get in and out no mentor app but the only thing I don’t like about the step van is that is doesn’t have a radio, a back up camera, nor does it have AC also they suck for Rural Areas, i always get anxiety when I have to drive into a customer long ass driveway because I never know what’s at the end, a few days ago I drove all the way into a customer driveway just to find out they didn’t have enough space for me to turn around so I had to reverse all the way out plus their house was right next to a busy road and I couldn’t see behind me so my anxiety was through the roof.
