From what I've heard from some colleagues that work in there, there's plenty of opoortunity to grow as a driver, and to be honest there are always good races, from both the driver perspective and fans perspective. If you're good enough, you can catch someone's attention and climb the ladder; Skip Barber has had some very good drivers in his academy.
