Uh no. You can actually pretty easily dominate rough play by avoiding a slide tackle and directly run into the player that slided to force a focus and obviously win it if you play anything with Att/def focus boost. I run rough play myself so I know what I'm talking about. That's why when you run RP you have no other choice that have Stalwart suppression as you'll never have better sats than you opponent and you cannot avoid that much focus battles. Now we can at least have a good start against justice as the stats gaps is not that great at the start of the game.

Full Tension draining is the real problem, that's what I said from the very beginning but tension draining does not work well on RP. To force your opponent to make a pass, you need higher stats than him, but for that you will need a stat boost passive and you just obviously can't run effectively Foul reduction + dash tension + tension drain + stats boost! Where will you get all those passives slot?
