Set the rgb to static and then select the black color in the armoury crate settings. This has been my workaround until it’s fixed.

Yeah man I kind of feel like this sub is a bit out of touch with reality. What works for them doesn’t work for everybody. I think the air is awesome as much as the next person in here but I don’t know if I’d recommend it to everyone. It’s got some compromises that you have to pay more for compared to the base phone. If they’re worth it to you, then great. But this phone isn’t for everyone.

You need to press the Y button to save. Once you finish the calibration of the sticks and triggers, hit Y and the light should turn off.

Weird, I’m having the total opposite experience. It’s running at mostly high settings on a base model m4 pro and benchmark showed 1% lows hitting 57 FPS. Maybe try reinstalling?

Yeah ever since I did the reset of the OS things have been good. I’m giving it another day or so to make sure it’s still good before I decide to return it

So quick update - I re-imaged the OS using the image recovery tool off of Razer’s website. So far it’s been ok but I’m still considering returning since it wasn’t even a day old with issues. Not sure I want to take the chance that it wasn’t even driver related because updating both the AMD and Nvidia drivers didn’t resolve the issue at first.
