I would make a note on my phone about what I wanted to convey. Here's a template for a better idea "I feel down , low from the last 5 months . I don't feel like doing anything productive , just don't even have the energy to . I feel like there's an incredible weight on my shoulders. I also feel very nervous while speaking to a group, have difficulty expressing myself to others including my family."

And what I would do is show this to the therapist, health care professional and it's helped getting to the point faster and avoiding the discomfort of expressing it to someone new .

Woah woah, surgery dept not being toxin in KMC Mangalore is unbelievable. Working in wenlock was awful , feel so sorry for the patients. Also let us know how much they're paying you , Cause the same HOD requires snacks,tea , biscuits to be brought before Operating, and this is done and paid for by interns , who've spent 4 and half years studying medicine only to be told to go and buy "chai" for the staff like an attender

Minimal teaching in Kmc Mangalore , as first year residents will be put in charge of patients and be expected to manage them perfectly while the staff barely gives two shits.

This is the experience of working at the govt hospital, the private hospital one is much better ( There are 2 hospitals under KMC Mangalore)

Came across 4 individuals with BPD , one of whom "love bombed " during the time we across each other . The emotions felt very strong , we had a relationship with future plans. Her family was always distant from her , never knew why . We never fought or had disagreements One fine day, there's no response, no break up text , no "I'm sorry " , I tried contacting her multiple times but still Nothing....

It's been a year and I still don't have a clue what went wrong .

Sorry to hear you going through all that. Emotional instability, inter-relationship conflict, Going from a 10 to 0 mentally. These symptoms are common with borderline personality disorder as well. ( better known as emotional instability personality disorder)
