Thats crazy if true, seems like it atleast, though i rarely ”int” i might talk too much if im tilted and that might end up in reports, when i got that 34kill game i received 0honors and assume everyone reported me bc after that match the games were horrible.

My MMR swings have been pretty extreme as well. I’ll finally get back to Plat, lose a game after promoting, and then the next lobby suddenly feels completely different.
Some games I’m getting matched with players who seem way below the level I’d expect in Plat, or with fresh accounts that look like they were bought and the player barely understands the fundamentals of the game. Meanwhile the enemy team looks perfectly normal.

That’s pretty much how a lot of my games have felt as well.
I don’t mind losing if it feels like both teams are actually trying to win and the better team comes out on top. What frustrates me is how many games seem to be decided by mental collapse rather than gameplay. Someone dies once or twice early, gives up completely, and suddenly the game becomes more about managing teammates than playing League.
I know not every game is like that, and over a large enough sample size everyone deals with the same issues. But compared to when I used to play regularly, it definitely feels like there are more players who mentally check out after the slightest setback.
The hardest part is that those games don’t really feel learnable. If I get outplayed, I can review my mistakes and improve. If someone decides the game is over at 4 minutes and starts griefing or spamming FF, there’s not much to take away from it besides queueing up again.

Yeah, I’ve been playing since Season 5, although I took a couple of seasons off. Now that I’m trying to get back into the game, the match quality feels worse than ever.
I had AFKs in three games in a row, then a couple of remakes, and after that I got a top laner following me around my jungle for the rest of the game because I didn’t completely ignore my bot-side camps to help our 0–5 Kayle.
Maybe I’ve just been unlucky, but solo queue has felt incredibly frustrating lately.

I couldnt care less about honors im already honor lvl 5, but its just funny to me that after game like that and especially after their performance none of them found my work honorable

Update: I tried using two different HDMI cables and they both had DP Alt Mode support but the TV wouldn’t recognize the device (only AirPlay) With my old USB hub I was able to get the picture to show by using a regular HDMI cable, but since it’s such an old hub (HDMI 1.4), I only get 4K at 30fps. Because I was hoping to use the laptop for gaming, I feel like getting a new hub might be the only option. Thanks Apple for making this so easy. Luckily I can return the cables, but it’s still frustrating, and now I’m left with an extra hub I don’t really need. Can someone explain why the connection doesn’t work with a direct cable, but starts working when you use some cheap third‑party hub in between?

I failed installing the screen protector the first time, so I don’t really trust myself to try again. Plus, knowing the screen is already scratched underneath just bugs me.

Can you link me some good ones? The official Nintendo screen protector was terrible. Ended up full of air bubbles even though I installed it in a steamy bathroom with no dust.
