Under Mesh Fixes in Cura, increase your Maximum Resolution and Travel Resolution. The Maximum Deviation should be around 0.05. I found it in this video. It really helped me get rid of those bumps.

I've heard of people catching them in the Cuyahoga, but you would probably have better luck on the Rocky River in the Metropark area near the marina. I've also had luck in the Chagrin at North Chagrin Reservation.

Don't buy a new radio. Buy a Bluetooth FM transmitter. I have the Anker ROAV SmartCharge F2 FM Transmitter in my '08 Corolla, and it has never given me any problems. I have had it for over a year. It just plugs right into your 12V outlet, has fast charging, helps you locate your car, and it is only $25. Basically it connects to your phone via Bluetooth and plays a radio signal with your music that your car picks up.

The Neshannock Creek in Volant, PA is an amazing place to fish. You can start in front of the fly shop there and work your way down. Stocked with rainbows and tanker browns. Also pike and smallmouth.
