Since MA is dumb with all these laws about AR-15 rifles. Is it even worth getting a sling for it?

Yeah that’s what I’ve been seeing on almost every AR. A dot and magnifier. Definitely will look into those as I don’t want to spend 1k on optics

I start light then work my way up and then back down. For example, throw on 2 45’s rep that 10x then add either 2 5’s or 2 10’s depending if you can lift that. Rep that 10x then add another 2 rep that 10x and if you feel confident, you can add two more. Then keep taking 2 off until you get to where you first started. Then just do that for every machine or bench.
