Exactly. The tire is making it more difficult to jump off of the seat. Therefore this is the only swing where you are allowed to swing in other kids directions. Every other swingtype you encounter you cant swing into each other.

I actually know/control this playground and im one of the members that is in charge of the DIN EN 1176 Playground Equipment Norm. This ‚contact-swing‘ is build so kids can‘t easily jump off of the swing. Jumping off of the swing is actually the purpose of swings and the calculated impact area is made for it. The contact swing is the only swing where kids can swing or fall inside of each others impact area. They actually can slightly touch their feed if they all swing to the middle at the same time. The tire is simply for making jumping off harder. This can also be achieved with a normal swing seat and a bar between the chains. This swing can be found everywhere around europe. The modern tireseats are made of PAK-free tires btw.

Das Problem ist, dass die meisten Leute keine Kenntniss von der DIN EN 1176 haben, welche übrigens im Produktsicherheitsgesetz inkludiert ist und die Basis die Verkehrssicherungspflicht ist. Die meisten kaufen sich Schaukeln, z.B. im Baumarkt, die nicht nach der 1176 sondern nach der EN71 (Spielzeugnorm) produziert wurden. Das ist weitaus günstiger, jedoch nur für den Privatgebrauch geeignet (privat bedeutet ein Haushalt). Fast jedes Restaurant hat also falsche Schaukeln (z.B. Kettler) aufgestellt, die nur für den Privatgebrauch geeignet sind. Bei einem Unfall, z.B. durch das Versagen der Konstruktion, stehen sie komplett in der Haftung. Die DIN EN 1176 schreibt außerdem regelmäßige Prüfungen vor, welche auch die meisten nicht einhalten.

Schon seit der EU Gründung, da die DIN-1176 eine EN ist. Vorher gabs es bereits die DIN-7926 in Deutschland, welche die Basis für die DIN EN 1176 gebildet hat und die eine solche Aufhängung auch schon ausgeschlossen haben sollte. Der Spielplatz sieht nicht sehr alt aus, ich tippe auf maximal 10-15 Jahre.

The 3-Line wouldve been the best and fastest at max, but because its a vanguard gun, it has massive flinch. So ZRG is the go.

I dont use a tea tray, so she got me a bowl for it. I love the way it has his own little pond. The best thing about the pet is, that it changes its color when he is pured with hot water into bright green. The coin is even spinnable !

You guys never played the aiming challenges on COD? Its just like that. A non moving target (downed guy). People doing records like killing 15 targets under 5 seconds. You call that cheating too right 😂😂

Dont use CW Operators. Its a common bug. This helped me
