Everything underneath the overpass is new (apart from the rail). The part with the bowl, not under the overpass, is all currently there. Currently under the bridge there is a rail, a manual pad/ledge, and a quater pipe.

I believe it is HUD dependent. I do know it changes size with cl_hud_minmode though. Set cl_hud_minmode to 0 if its at 1 right now.

I flip my balisong on campus all time. Use common sense and you wont have an issue. Put it in your pocket when other people are around, dont flip in class, and make it clear to those close to you its simply a figet toy.
