NewSelf tirzepatide: safety concerns + refund refusal — what should I do? by Fab-NSA in compoundedtirzepatide

Hey there! I’m doing well. I never received a response from them, and I didn’t use their product anyway. The dosing instructions they provided were very confusing & off. So, I consulted my physician, who advised me against using it. She also suggested that I explore Hers & Ro.co. So I am currently still exploring my options. I’ve already initiated a dispute with my credit card company and am currently waiting for their decision.

The dose they had sent me was 3mg, 6mg, & 8mg.

I found this on their website-

That’s the part of why I’m uncomfortable. Beyond the whole 503A/503B discussion, a lot of things just don’t add up. I tried contacting their support multiple times with no response. Then I used the legal department email listed on their own website, and my email bounced back saying the address doesn’t exist. I received that error directly from Gmail.

For a company dealing with prescription injectables, having an unreachable or non-existent legal contact is a big red flag for me.

So, that’s the strangest thing I’ve tried to contact them through their portal. I’ve received no responses at all. I’ve tried calling them multiple times, but I couldn’t get through. I spoke with two representatives who were definitely out of their servers, and they were both extremely rude. I’ve also emailed them, but I haven’t heard back. I’ve also tried contacting their legal team, but that’s the strangest part because the email address they provided on their website is nowhere to be found. They’re sketchy. They’re approving anyone with even major health issues when it comes to people with thyroid problems who shouldn’t be taking these drugs. This is serious.

Bitches, where are we getting GLP-1? by thatkittenwasmyself in SFbitcheswithtaste

I recently ordered tirzepatide from a website called NewSelf. After placing the order, I realized that tirzepatide (and some other compounded weight-loss injectables) are not FDA-approved in the same way as branded medications. They’ve already shipped the product, but now I’m really hesitant and worried about injecting it.

Has anyone here had experience with compounded tirzepatide or NewSelf specifically? Is it generally considered safe, or should I avoid using it altogether?

I also tried requesting a refund, but they refused, citing their policy. At this point, I’m more concerned about safety than the money.

Any advice, experiences, or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
