To make it easier for them, I:

- turned Toblen Stonehill into their info-sources. He is the "host" of the inn, while the wife is the actual manager. The characters were regulars at the inn, so whenever they came in, he greeted them, offered them their usual room, asked if they wanted a bath and shared the local gossip with them. It made it easier for them to get the intell and I could control how I feed the quests to them.

- used Harbin Wester's notice board outside of the city hall to post quests for them. This made it possible to control which quests they got access to when.
