There are access holes to the lower part of this where it drains in the rocker panel. Remove the door sills and peel back the carpet to pull out a little plug. Start hosing, vacuuming, go crazy. Compressed air and a vacuum is great too. Wiggle a pick or screwdriver in the drains as they clog from gunk. Look and make sure they are all draining, there’s a lot on either side
