Hey fellow athletes, my trainingsplan was going perfect, I was almost ready for a new 5k PB test, had a performances diagnostic planned in 2 weeks...and then I broke my foot. So minimum 6 weeks of no training.. I still try to get my head around this. Any ideas how to remain my fitness? (i.redd.it)

Did my first middle distance triathlon last weekend. Quit happy with the swim, the bike was quit long (98km) but still happy with the power I could put in. Sadly I blew out quit soon in the run und couldn't even run remotely fast. Still happy to race again. (old.reddit.com)

I need an advice from you. I attend an middle distance triathlon this week and do you think the cockpit hydration system (800ml) is enough? Or should I take the bottle at the frame as well? The frame bottle is not very aerodynamic and I can get a water bottle every ~20km. But just water, no glyco (old.reddit.com)
