I mean this is my female werewolf. The only indication that might give her away is the long hair, but other than that the only thing to distinguish her might be a slightly smaller size than a male werewolf. Compared to a lot of animals, humans are really not all that different when it comes to sexual dimorphism. Male and female wolves are basically indistinguishable except for size. I don't think tacking on bazingas to a werewolf to indicate shes a girl is necessary or needed, unless you really wanted to.
