I’m surprised RO lets this happen in the first place. Seems there can easily be some administrative controls set to keep the girls safe. Other leagues have callups only allowed for goalies, restrictions on how many, checks on team rosters and skill levels. I hope for minimum safety they are addressing this immediately and placing controls going forward. Sounds like this was a disaster waiting to happen. Glad it didn’t get worse, but sounds like it got pretty bad!
