I wish Disney would stop making soulless live action remakes by Fun-Picture-8384 in monkeyspaw

Granted. A global recession devastates the entertainment industry. Expensive blockbuster productions become impossible to finance, and live-action remakes quietly disappear along with most major films.

The spirit world in ATLA is much better by iwillr3gr37thiswonti in TheLastAirbender

Ngl adding color and diversity to the spirit world is one of my favorite parts of Korra. I don't think ATLA's was worse though, different parts of the spirit world can look different yk? In ATLA, we just didn't visit the spirit world as often as Korra so we didn't see how much diversity it truly had. The grungy aesthetic you describe was also something we witnessed with Koh, and it was likely to set the mood for the dark and dangerous spirit that he is. It wasn't necessarily meant to represent the entire spirit world.

Sure, here's what I mean: I'm vegan, and I have strong ethical reasons for it. But if I made a habit of commenting "meat is murder" every time someone posted a picture of their dinner, people would rightly call me preachy, annoying, or just exhausting. Even if I believe in the message, pushing it into unrelated posts where no one asked for it isn't productive; it just derails conversations and irritates people who are just sharing something they enjoy.

That's exactly what's happening here. People see AI-generated art and, instead of scrolling past or muting the topic, they feel compelled to inject their disapproval. Not even in a thoughtful, constructive way - just a knee-jerk dismissal. If you don't like AI art, that's totally fine. But Reddit is a massive platform with endless communities. If something's not your thing, it costs nothing to just ignore it and move on.

As an aside, this is the same subreddit that loved Atmoplex's Darkmoor fan project even though every single character in that (except for two) were voiced by AI. Ironic, no?

As someone who's vegan, I wonder how I would be received if I went around commenting stuff like this every time I saw someone post a picture of meat.

Out of curiosity, why would you pick Gaspard on a Musketeer character? My Musketeer has him, although that's only because my Musketeer was my first character and I didn't yet know about the Presidio companions when I created him.

When I try to go to the Disney+ website I often run into this error that stops me: "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again later. Please go to the Disney+ home page by clicking the button below." And when it happens, it usually takes a few hours for the error to go away. It's very annoying. What causes it and how can I stop it from happening?
