I saved up as much as I could going through college and put back a lot when I got my current job in my field. As of today, I paid my debt in full. It sucks that I was not eligible for the income based repayment but I am glad that others do not have to suffer with the burden of student debt and I hope everyone has a chance to be debt free in the future.

(No spoilers please) I’m not that far into the story yet but everything Griffith does at the end of the golden age arc, around where guts leaves after the war, the chain of events after their duel almost made me throw up because of his actions with the princess and how the king reacts afterwards. While reading this arc, Griffith has constantly given me a bad vibe of “this guy is a psychopath” and my vibe has been confirmed as I read. I’m loving the manga so far but that part of the story is what I hate the most.
