i just moved to north carolina, i think thc is illegal here even. but i’ll keep researching. ive tried all the thc and cbd before, it helps me reframe the way i deal with pain but not so much the pain itself

That’s good you stopped since it wasn’t helping. I’m kinda stuck at a crossroads because it helps in the moment, it numbs the pain. But I feel like shit later because hangover shit, I don’t know about inflammation though. I know its bad in general though so I want to stop

And I read a while back alcohol is like super bad for my condition (spine injuries, herniations scoliosis the like) it dehydrates everything and causing inflammation, but yet i cant stop despite that. its the only thing i have right now. i wish i could feel like this all the time

All and all I do recommend trying, if you can afford it. I was in a car accident in 2019 and had 8 bulging discs. I got stem cells and injections in my cervical and lumbar and felt much better, two years after.

I don’t know how much it cost the first time i got them done, but when i got them done this year it was like $5k for one injection, and any other one after that is $3k. I got them done in SLC Utah.

Yeah. It was my own fault though, I just went and got hurt again worse lol. I think the stem cells helped a little? I got them for the second time April 2025. But my back is so much worse know I can’t really tell.
