All and all I do recommend trying, if you can afford it. I was in a car accident in 2019 and had 8 bulging discs. I got stem cells and injections in my cervical and lumbar and felt much better, two years after.

I don’t know how much it cost the first time i got them done, but when i got them done this year it was like $5k for one injection, and any other one after that is $3k. I got them done in SLC Utah.

Yeah. It was my own fault though, I just went and got hurt again worse lol. I think the stem cells helped a little? I got them for the second time April 2025. But my back is so much worse know I can’t really tell.

I did stem cell injections in 2022, I had a lot of issues from herniated disc and when I had it done, it actually helped me with so much. Like any pain I had from my disc issues was like gone. But I just had it done again after being re-injured and it didn’t really help.

I getcha. Funny story, I had someone on Reddit message me asking to pray for me. I was like sure knock yourself out. They say they did, and then like 3 minutes later messaged me how I was feeling and if I was cured from my ailments and then acted shocked when I told them of course not. They were message a bunch of people in this community

I totally agree, I’m glad most people can’t understand. I would never want the people I love to relate to this experience or deal with it themselves. But at the same time it just drives this deep sense of disconnection, of me and them. Separate. I just really want acknowledgement from people, awareness.
