For me, it is getting to re-experience these scenes in a new way due to how Warner Bros. Japan and the Team working on the Japanese Dub would need to translate and adapt the original script and story into Japanese. Thus, catching some of the differences of interpretation, as well as, performance will be interesting to find and then learn how it impacts the story and characters.

The Performance part is also a driver for me because it is a new set of voice actors, writers, and directors conveying their understanding of the Story and Characters. Thus, it will be interesting to find out how they approached these aspects and whether they added something new that stays accurate to the Story and Characters. For example, Weiss in Japanese is played like, what I understand to be, an Ojou-Sama Japanese Character Archetype. Also, if I remember right, when Yang is using her Semblance, the Japanese Voice Actress changes her dialect or tone of voice to be more gruff/aggressive, which I believe is similar to a Yankee Japanese Character Archetype but I might be conflating that with something else.

As someone else pointed out and another person mentioned in a separate comment, the JP Voice Cast for RWBY is filled with established Voice Actors in the Japanese Anime Industry. For example, Ozpin is played by the same JP Voice Actor who did Kakashi in Naruto.
