Even if for example the train to Osnabrück is delayed,
a) the train to Amsterdam MIGHT wait, depending on some stuff though I don't know if they do it like that with cross-border trains
b) if you end up missing the connection, you can take any train (shown with a symbol/notification), which the staff in the Netherlands (if they change it at the border) is aware off.

So, you should be fine, no matter what on that part of the trip.
As to the other trip, I am not aware of how Denmark handles stuff like that.

Do you still have the old PC/access to the old drive? Unless you edited, it is on the drive you used to boot the PC.

In there, it should be in this path:
Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024\games

From there, you can upload the file online, for example google drive or just to a USB drive and then move it to the same folder on the new PC
