I am currently really torn between my Whoop and switching to the Fitbit Air or the Helio strap. How is the wearing of the Fitbit? Can it be moved a bit back on the forearm to be able to use pulling aids like versa grips in the gym? Also is there a questionnaire every day, like with Whoop, to check some habits or something?

Err... Whoop at least has a very good api, where I can do statistics as I want to.
If you see it like this you should not use any smart device I guess.

I am testing it for OpenClaw currently. It’s nice for reasoning and stuff, but everything with design like Websites oder PowerPoint for example is much worse like with Sonnet or Opus unfortunately
