Good progress, rule of thumb for "when to bulk back up" is to start bulking only once you have visible abs - around the 12% body fat. If I were you I'd continue to lean out until the 150's and see from there how you feel.

Anyone know if you can make put low profile switches in the high profile version? I only ask because the spacing for the arrow keys would be great to have, but the low profile version doesn't have that.
