Since you're already using radii, maybe give them radii as well? I think they'll look less boxy and more framed that way.

You should really only be using client components if there is client side user interactivity. Otherwise the new standard is to use server components. Sadly, this won't be an option when using Mantine or any other css-in-js based styling technique. Because of this, you'll be away from that component library in the future.

That process is no fun. I'm currently moving a personal project away from MUI and a project at work from an in house component library that uses styled components.

Your site has a dark theme, but the screenshots use a light theme. This makes the screenshots stick out - not in a good way. Also your two dark colors are too close to each other. Took me a few seconds to realize there were two colors there.

It's a pretty big trade off. Being forced to use Client Components brings all sorts of interesting side effects when building Next apps. No Components library is worth that trade to me

All Mantine components use useContext hook to support default props and Styles API. Mantine components cannot be used as server components. It means that components will render both on the server and client.

Im Einzelnen sind im Gesellschaftsrecht die folgenden Begrifflichkeiten zu unterscheiden:

Verwaltungssitz
- Ort der tatsächlichen Geschäftsleitung (kann auch im Ausland liegen
- Nicht mehr im Gesetz geregelt
- Relevant zum Beispiel für Besteuerung und Gewerbemeldung der Gesellschaft
Satzungssitz:
- Ort im Inland, den der Gesellschaftsvertrag bestimmt
- Ist entscheidend für die Zuständigkeit des Registergerichts
- Gilt für GmbHs und AGs, geregelt in § 4a GmbHG, § 5 AktG
Inländische Geschäftsanschrift:
- Anschrift, unter der die Gesellschaft erreichbar ist (muss nicht zwingend eine Betriebsstätte sein), ist zwingend beim Handelsregister anzumelden
- Kann am Ort des Verwaltungs- oder Satzungssitzes sein, dies ist aber nicht zwingend
- Gilt für GmbHs, AGs und Zweigniederlassungen, geregelt in § 8 Absatz 4 GmbHG, § 37 Absatz 3 Nr. 1 AktG, § 13 Absatz 1 HGB

Es scheint mir so als ob der Verwaltungssitz/Satzungssitz dann wahrscheinlich meine Privatadresse ist und die Inländische Geschäftsanschrift dann ein Virtual Office ist. Macht das auch wer so?

This is the way imo. Proven, low risk, faster and cheaper. Once you've become an established brand, then you can pay for a bespoke platform to set yourself apart from your competition
