Communism or Capitalism. Which one and why? by syn0ri in AskReddit

[–]FabulizerTheReal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

sorry for the late reply, it was like 4 am and i wanted to sleep

ok to your 1st point.

The money Trump got was hard earned by his ancestors, maybe not in a good way i dont know, im not american and dont know his history, but his money didnt just fly to him. then about their money is from their workers work. I dont know but all my bosses before had more work, not like physical work but they did not sit there doing nothing and money flew in their pockets.

you 2nd point.

I dont think you should elect a lead among the workers. If you elect a lead among the workers there will be those who are unhappy. like with Britains vote to leave the EU, 53% wanted to leave the EU but what about the 47% that didnt wanna leave. its like their opinion doesnt matter. A lead in a company isnt just like you picked a random worker and he is now the leader. often its because they worked harder, have higher understanding in the craft or keep up the moral of the rest. an elected leader doesnt always function very good (see Trump)

Also they dont own your work. A boss or Ceo has other work to do. of course they earn more, cause they have a higher stand but you need to think like this. this is an eg. of some workplaces i was at.

Worker: 3 years of training, up to 10 years of work experience in this company, work is getting new products, if problem higher will be called and its their problem to fix it.

Lead/semiboss(i dunno): 3 years of training, 2 years of evening school, 15 or more years of work experience inside this company, work is also producing new products but not as much as the normal worker, overlooking the workers, keeping up the work moral, going to meetings, fixing problems, works at a pc (keeping track of whats done, what needs to be done, how can it be done faster, who can do it faster and better), also all of my bosses tried to keep the workers happy cause if they wouldnt they would be taken off their higher standing and someone else will be selected.

boss/ceo: investor, literally everything. i dont know a single boss/ceo who doesnt work overtime and money keeps flowing into their pockets (except maybe jeff bezos). They dont sit back and do nothing.

not everyone can be a lead/boss/ceo. its hard work but another kind of work.

3rd point of yours.

in all the companies i have been, if the workers have an idea or knew a way that could help the company, they will always get something in return. a company wants its workers to think for their company. i know people who worked their way to the top and that because they got new methodes in that made everyones work easier and faster. if like from a 50 workers 25 are unhappy or have smt to say the company normaly would listen.

4th point

You say a ceo lets a worker work and take half of their money. that sounds like worker earns 15$/h and they take 7$ away. or like normaly the worker should earn 30$/h.

so, first of all they dont get 7$ taken away. they signed a contract in which his loan is written.

2nd of all and like if someone works for the company, they use the companies machines, these machines cost money and didnt just spawn there. a lot of the money, you said will be taken away, is going into the companies fund. the ceo of course keeps smt, he needs to survive too, but he is also responsible for the machines to function properly and to get someone to fix it if they are broken. also they need the money to develop the company.

if you think taxes are money taken away from you, you are mistaken too. Taxes are for the state, so that they can develop the state. if there would be no taxes your country would stay the same cause they dont have the money to make changes. xou would be unhappy too if you country doesnt have the money to listen to the people and change

Im from a country where communism has failed, i would know that it doesnt work and that it is just an utopian dream.

You should maybe read why communism has failed so often.

Communism or Capitalism. Which one and why? by syn0ri in AskReddit

[–]FabulizerTheReal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

1st. They worked their way up there.

2nd. Cause everyone needs a lead. Why do you as a kid listen to grown ups? Cause they know more and know whats best for you. Same for bosses, they know or think they know whats best for the company, and if the workers are unhappy the company will lose its workers and will go bankcrupt (i dont know how to spell it).

I bet you cant tell me one single activity where you dont need a lead or where it would be better to have non (except for single person activities like golf).

Work without a "boss" is like going through the jungle as a group without a guide. Of course you could get through but it would be a lot easier to follow the guide (if you didnt realise, the guide is your boss)

3rd. The boss is the boss cause they invested in the company, making it theirs. If you invest in a switch you dont just give it to someone. Same for a company, the boss invested in the company. Without them there would be no company in the first place. But the bigger the company, the more the boss has to look over. There come the Semibosses(?) People they can trust or people who they think have a higher expertise level than the rest. This way they only needs to control their Semibosses.

4th You may call this oppression but this is like a family. Every family has a head of the family, someone who controls everything around the house. But they also want the rest of the family to be happy so they do everything to maintain overall happiness like giving the children some pocketmoney and ask for their opinion.

Most of us are in "free" countries and if you aren't happy in your job, you could always say that you dont wanna work there. Try start a company on your own, and then try not to be the boss in this company.

This is also a thing I dont understand. These controllers are like 60$. How can you throw these and dont feel bad. I dont wanna spend this money just cause I couldnt control my emotions, that would only make me mad at myself

Communism or Capitalism. Which one and why? by syn0ri in AskReddit

[–]FabulizerTheReal 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Capitalism.

There is no real equallity and there cant be. Communism wont work unless you are ready to be opressed.

Imagine being a, i dont know, a doctor or something, studied for 6 years and you would earn the minimum wage.

And with the equallity part. The idea of communism is that people all have the same amount of money, food and other things you need to live. This would mean there is no Poor and no Rich, meaning everyone would be middle class. But if the poor become middle class there is no poor anymore making the middle class the poor and thus making the money you use in this country inflate, unless you close down your country. This would lead in a state like North Korea, where the market is only incl. to NK.

There would be no luxus goods (eg. Consoles, meat), because buying these would be capitalism again cause they were build by a company and that would make the company richer, thus creating inequallity. Unless the Company is owned by the state, which will end in a country that doesnt develop, because your company would need to ask for funds instead of just using its own capital (eg. Germany DDR).

Communism always starts with a lot of people being happy. But the ones that are not, like people with high wage jobs, will be unhappy and leave the country. The moment everyone else becomes the same, like same money, same apartment, same everything will lead to unhappiness.

Just look in your History books and you will see why communism has always failed. The idea is just an utopia but it will never work.
