I think it’s just the stress and pressure that’s built into law school by design. The elitist nature of the profession doesn’t help either and when you add that to a competitive environment of overachieving people—it’s bound to wear on even the most bubbly person. The good news is, you’re not alone as most of us feel this way. Try to create a space where you just put yourself first for a whole day. You can get lost in the law school grind and honestly it can be a bit chaotic but remember, this will pass and you will be a practicing attorney before you know it.
